As a client of Regal Health Services, you will be entitled to the following package of health and lifestyle services:

• 24 / 7 Emergency medical advice from your personal physician
• Email to your personal physician' Blackberry 8 AM-8PM 7 days/week 
• Email contact directly to Clinic Coordinator 9 AM-5 PM  M-F
• Office appointment within 1-2 business days of your request
• Extensive phone and email support for your healthcare needs
• A Paramedic home or office visit for taking blood, urine, EKG or vital signs (two visits/yr)
• Personalized Comprehensive Health and Lifestyle Assessment including a Complete Personal Medical History with Physical Exam and In-Depth Discussion of Results
• Personalized Blood Screening and Imaging Assessment (OHIP covers some)
• Wallet CD with your EKG's medications, test results and medical history
• Prescriptions (new or refills) phoned or faxed to your pharmacy without an office visit
• Healthcare Advocacy - helping You with Your Healthcare 
• Arranging out of country services such as MRIs in USA, Mayo Clinic consultations
• Arranging urgent third party testing such as MRI in GTA within days (under certain circumstances) 
• Travel & Immunization Medical Advice by phone or email without an office visit if possible
• First Aid Kit with sterile supplies, bandages, tape, and common first aid medicines
• 14 Emergency Prescriptions for infections, rashes and other common ailments for immediate use
• Third-party froms such as insurance letters, certificates of health for work, sickness or travel cancellation notes etc
• Nutritional Counseling by a Registered Dietitian
• Physiotherapy Assessment
• Chiropractic Assessment
• Massage Therapist Assessment
• Psychological Assessment
• Fitness Assessment
• Visual Screening by Doctor of Optometry
• Audiology Assessment
• Quarterly Mini-Physical Examinations
  

The yearly fee for the above package of services is $3300 per individual which covers uninsured services listed.  OHIP covers the remainder of medical visits and tests.  Please discuss with us the assessments listed above before joining.   

Fees are are an eligible medical expense for tax purposes.
